iOS 8.4 Release dates and time for your region timezone

The senior director of Apple Music and former Beats Music CEO, Ian Rogers, had revealed in a blog post that iOS 8.4 will be released by Apple at 8 AM Pacific time. He has since redacted that information, so unless there has been a change in plan, we do expect iOS 8.4 to released at 8:00 am tomorrow.
